Nancy Weiner

Nancy Weiner is great to work with; she kept my best interests in mind at all times! She made the process real easy and smooth and it was very reassuing having her assistance and services throughout the process. Her guidance was extremely helpful to me! I appreciated how she stayed on top of things on my behalf like communicating with the sellers' party and informed me of things I was not aware of further depicting her insighful knowledge of the market, process, etcetera. Without her guidance, the process of purchasing a home would not have been as smooth/concise as Nancy Weiner made it for me. Nancy was able to recommend reliable and professional team members that I'd need to make this process a success like recommending a home inspector, lawyer, etcetera. I can see why my brother-in-law and my sister have utilized Nancy Weiner as their realtor on more than one occasion!

I have worked with Nancy perviously. Nancy is always helpful and always a pleasure to work with. Even in this crazy market she took the time to travel to numerous showings to help me find a house. Although the house search was limited and exhausting, Nancy was patient and always available. When I found a house, Nancy had a great relationship with the sellers agent which helped in getting my house. Nancy is great and I highly recommend her.

Nancy Weiner is a full time realtor. She always picked up my calls at any time during the day and was able to work around my work schedual to show me homes. She sold my home and when I was ready to buy years later she found my new home. I had some specific things I was looking for in a house and she didn't waste my time sending homes that didn't have those things. Nancy has lots of local knowlage when it comes to the area I was looking in and knew who to call when we needed info. During the closing process, after her job was offically done, I had some issues pop up that she helped me out with immensely. She kept things moving along and got me in to my home. Her help with everything was invaluable.
