Nick Surguine

Nick truly went above and beyond for us. He made the home buying process so much easier. He took the time to explain the whole process, answer all our questions (even when we had to ask many times), and really helped us figure out our priorities in a home to help narrow down our search. He was very professional, always on time and prepared, very quick to communicate and excellent at negotiating with sellers and other agents. He never rushed us during the process and made us feel secure during the process. He genuinely has your best interest at heart and will make sure you are happy with the home you buy. We could not have done this without him and are forever grateful for his expertise. You won't regret hiring him as your agent.

Nick does an incredible job managing unexpected details and needs that come up along the way. He is very responsive, and provides expert knowledge at every step. We know that we can trust and rely on him from start to finish, and even after close.
