Patty helped us purchase our home in May 2025, and from start to finish she was nothing short of exceptional. Patty is knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly dedicated. She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, guided us through every step of the process with clarity and patience, and always made us feel confident in our decisions. Her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and deep understanding of the market made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. What truly sets Patty apart is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She was always available to answer questions, explain options, and advocate for us every step of the way. We never felt rushed or pressured, only supported. Thanks to Patty, we are now in a home we absolutely love. We are beyond grateful for her expertise, professionalism, and kindness.
