I have bought and sold many properties in my life and working with Pierre was truly a joy!! I will definitely use him again.

Pierre and myself got to know each other primarily because we were next-door neighbors. I had mentioned that I wanted to put the house up for sale. In a couple weeks later, we started the process. Pierre understood everything about the market. The surrounding area. And everything that goes into building a comprehensive plan in order to sell a house in a very buyer driven market. He's been doing this a long time. And it definitely shows in his knowledge in the market, more so in his ability to adjust what needs to be done in order to get the house in front of the right people. He's a great guy that carries a lot of experience with him. I appreciated his willingness to do whatever it takes to help out and jump in with both feet when something needed to be taken care of. I sincerely appreciate him, his knowledge of the area and his flexibility to be able to juggle a lot of balls in the air to make not only my situation important but his other clients as well.

It was a pleasure to work with Pierre and look forward to work with him again when the need arises. He was patient, understanding and went above and beyond my expectations. Cannot thank him enough for such a positive experience.
