RICK BUNCICK

Rick was very helpful and always prompt to answer any questions we had every step of the way. His knowledge of the whole home buying process helped put us at ease. He was very patient and kept digging with us to find the perfect place in the end.

We have been working with Rick for several years with income properties and personal. He's very knowledgeable, respectful, confident, listens to our families needs, and gives realistic expectations. He has always steered us in the right direction with regards to equity with selling or buying properties. He did an amazing job with finding our forever home for our girls to grow up in. From helping us sell our home to negotiating the purchase of our current one. We always recommend him to all our friends and always hear positive feedback from them as well.

Rick was fantastic to work with as a realtor. Through a very stressful sale and purchase, he was profession, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely committed to helping me and my family find the right home. Rick took the time to understand my needs, offered honest advice and made the entire process a little less stressful. I always felt that my best interests came first with Rick. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. He is an outstanding realtor and a pleasure to work with!
