Rachel Lyons

Working with Rachel was easy! She was always available and scheduled our showings timely. She understood what our family was looking for and shared great information with us regarding the homes/areas we were looking at. She never tried to steer us in a direction for her benefit, but stayed committed to our needs. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Tri-Cities.

As a disabled veteran, working with a fixed income & an extremely tight budget, she gave use the effort and energy you'd expected when buying a multi-million dollar property, not a humble cottage like we purchased. Rachel exceeded all expectations, she went above and beyond for my family. We could'nt be more pleased. She was wonderful.
