Realtor Banning

Sarah Banning is very proactive and helpful! We first met Sarah at a Model Home one day when my wife and I decided to just go look at houses just for fun (not really interested in buying a house anytime soon). We had been doing this for years just as leisure time to spend together. During all these years, we met many realtors. Well, we immediately felt Sarah was different than any other ones we had met. She was very kind and sweet. Not pushy at all! Even though we told her we were just looking at houses for fun because we had just purchased ours ten years ago and we weren't really interested in buying one any time soon, she STILL showed us a few model homes and plans and drove us around. She was very friendly and offered us snacks and was never aggressive on trying to convince us. She gave us her business card. We felt very comfortable. A few months later, she helped us buy our dream house. If we had to hire a realtor or recommend one to someone, Sarah will be the first choice AGAIN!
