Richard Hassman

After one phone meeting, Richard completely understood what we were looking for and suggested great matches, unlike a previous broker. He guided us through the offer which was quickly accepted. Couldn't be happier.

Richard Hassman did such a great job navigating our unique case, supporting us, answering our endless questions, and keeping us informed on every step. His passion, empathy, and pragmatic approach helped us immensely as we went through the exciting process of buying a condo. We are as grateful as we can be. We highly recommend Richard to anyone who needs help renting or buying.

Rich did an excellent job of helping me to sell my 2 family house in chelsea. I've been a Landlord for over 40 years and have worked with countless agents over that period of time from the sell side and buy side and he's been one of the best i've ever worked with. He was diligent and responsive at every step in the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property and anyone is welcom to reach out to me for further questions. You can ask Rich for my contact info.
