Rose Canha

Rose was extremely helpful in facilitating the sale of a family property. She was very knowledgeable and attentive during the process and provided guidance throughout as I had many questions. Rose is very easy to work with and I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Rose Canha made the selling of our property stress free. She handled everything very professionally from the very beginning of the process to the closing. Rose is very knowedgeable and thorough. She listened to what our desires were and kept us well informed. We would highly recommend Rose for all your real estate needs.

As a first-time home buyer, Rose made the process so easy. Through every step of the way, she made sure I was confident in my decisions and didn't rush any choice. Rose took the time to find out what my wants were, and was instrumental on helping me find out which of those were realistic in my price-point. She also went on numerous house walkthroughs with me and raised concerns when needed. Throughout the negotiations in purchasing my home, she made sure to get a credit for necesary updates in my home, as well as assisting me through the negotiating process (what to offer, what is fair). Even after closing, Rose's connections in the Enfield area helped with finding trusted contractors and companies to assist with home improvement. I highly recommend Rose to anyone looking for their new home!
