Samel Avdic

Samel is one of a kind. He is totally engaged in the whole realestate transaction process from first call to beyond closing. If you want someone to be there for "your" best interests, Call nobody else but Samel. His honesty, detail feedback and step by step guidance and overall prefoessionalism is unparalled to all others. Samel sold our house in Kissimmee Florida when we had to relocate due to business reasons and timing was critical, then he was the first one we called one year later when we wanted to purchase our beacj house in Sarasota Florida and which we were able to purchase site unseen since we had Samel to provide an onsite detailed review of the properrty, as if we were standing there at the house.
