Shanna Williams

Shanna is a great realtor, I definitely recommend her to everyone! She's very knowledgeable, and if she isn't sure about something she's going to do the homework to find out! Super easy to communicate with and that is very important to me! Even at night, weekends and on her vacation, now that's dedication for her clients! Not only did she help with finding my home, but she also was my therapist when I would get frustrated lol. Shanna made things very easy for me. And that is appreciated. Not only did she help with throughout the process of purchasing my home, but she also communicated with me on things that I needed after escrow closed. I would recommend everyone to call her before you settle on an agent for sure!

We could not have asked for a better realtor to help us find our new home! From the very beginning, she was an incredible communicator, always keeping us informed, answering our questions, and making sure we understood every step of the process. She was patient, encouraging, and truly listened to what we were looking for. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone we trusted completely made such a difference. We appreciate her more than we can say and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Selling our home was a big and emotional process, but having Shanna as our realtor made it so much easier. She was an amazing communicator from start to finish, always keeping us updated, answering our questions, and making sure we never felt like we were left wondering what was happening. She went above and beyond for us AGAIN and genuinely cared about our family and what was best for us—not just about selling a house. Over the years, she has became more than our realtor; she became part of our family, and we are so thankful for the relationship we built with her. We truly appreciate everything she did for us and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. We couldn't have asked for someone better to walk through this season with us!
