Stefanie Winstan

We can't say enough great things about our experience working with Stef! From the very beginning, she was an absolute pleasure to work with — professional, approachable, and always one step ahead. Stef helped us sell our home and also guided us through the process of finding and buying our dream home. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Stef was incredibly easy to coordinate with, always available to answer questions, and quick to communicate any updates. Her knowledge, experience, and dedication truly set her apart — we always felt like we were in great hands. Beyond being a fantastic realtor, Stef is just a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. We’re so grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She really is the best!

Stef is literally AMAZING!!!! We sold our house without buying another due to the market conditions and she went above and beyond to calm our nerves and help us find the perfect house. She was sending us listings outside our criteria she thought might work, and she had talked to previous clients to see if anything off market was coming up. When we viewed houses she gave us honest opinions about re-sale, value for money, if there was any red flags that we might have to deal with when the inspection report came in (ex: windows, doors, etc.), etc. We actually submitted 2 offers a month apart on the house we closed on and Stef had no problem writing up the second offer (even though it was a huge long shot since they rejected our first one). I would not hesitate to recommend Stef! She was absolutely fantastic and she is the realtor you need, straight forward.
