Susan Katsock

Sue was amazing from start to finish. She is knowledgeable, personable, communicative, and works hard for her clients. She helped us buy our forever home, and quickly sell our previous home.

Susan Katsock is an exceptional agent. She sold our property in Plymouth in 2015. My son used Susan, as the buying agent, to purchase his house in the back mountain around 2017. She then was the selling agent for that same house in 2022 when his family transfered to the Midwest. When my elderly mother needed to sell her house in Hanover Township, I called Sue. She promptly listed the property and we had offers within a couple days. I live in the Midwest and couldn't be on-site to help with this transaction. Sue handled everything including all visits to my mother for signatures. The 4 transactions that Sue did for my family were quick and seamless. Each sale transaction provided profits or savings over and above our expectations. Sue provided staging recommendations and advise that only a true professional would consider and implement. Thank you Susan Katsock.
