"Susan VanLandingham is the only agent we will ever use in the Hampton Roads area. She is honest, dedicated, loyal, and does a great job explaining the Real Estate world in layman's terms. She helped us buy our home originally and we returned to her for the sale.
Both the purchase and the sale had some hiccups along the way but Susan was tenacious in smoothing out the wrinkles. While I know those issues must have frustrated her she constantly assured us she was working the issue and kept us informed along the way. Susan has a work ethic that can not be disputed.
While we did not know Susan before either transaction, she isn't just a realtor, we consider her a friend."

"Susan at first meeting impressed me with her caring attitude, her willingness to assist the family in selling the property left by their Mother and Father due to deaths. These are always trying times, and Susan handled it all flawlessly, with excellent communication, superb guidance when it came to inspections and repairs necessary to fulfill requirements to make the house "sell-able", wonderful timing with a market that was wavering and a pleasant demeanor and personality. There were snags along the way that was certainly not planned, and we were impressed by how quickly and confidently she was able to guide our decisions and get the house sole.
