Teresa Kraft

Teresa Kraft is an excellent and professional, yet personal, young lady. She is very honest, knowledgeable, and a person of integrity. I trust her implicitly, and would highly recommend her services to others. She was very patient with me, and never pushed me to make a decision I was not comfortable with. I am most grateful for meeting her five years ago and would definitely want her to represent me in any future real estate purchases. Thank you, Teresa!

Teresa was absolutely wonderful to work with and helped us find our forever home! Her vast knowledge of the Northern Kentucky area, along with her years of expertise in the real estate market in NKY was outstanding. She was extremely patient with us as we toured multiple homes over many, many months. But she never grew weary or frustrated along the journey. Her positive attitude and joyful spirit were both encouraging and delightful. Other realtors would have given up or become frustrated with our "pickiness." But Teresa was strong, patient, and confident, and demonstrated great resolve and fortitude. Once we finally found "the one" and started the negotiating process, Teresa really shined. We had some challenging issues with the sellers, but Teresa navigated through those rough waters and remained calm, poised, professional and helped us come to a mutual agreement on the final price and details. I would highly recommend Teresa Kraft to everyone who's looking for a new home in Northern Kentucky. She is just wonderful!
