I met Tony 35 years ago when he sold me my first house in Taylors Falls, Minnesota. I was immediately impressed with his sincerity, his honesty, and his willingness to go "above and beyond" by actually helping scrape and paint our house to satisfy our FHA appraiser. Since that time, he has represented me dozens of times as I bought and/or sold commercial property, residential rental property, my personal residence, and/or bare land for development in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Most recently, Tony helped me sell a residential property in Milltown, Wisconsin. As always, his communication skills, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond were on full display. In a truly "full circle" experience, our buyer's lender required the house and two other buildings to be scraped and painted. Tony took control, lined up labor and materials. We closed on time and received our full asking price. Tony has decades of experience, he works well with others, and he gets it done!
