The Burda Team

Tricia and Kim, "THE BURDA TEAM", are GREAT! Extraordinarily hard workers. Available whenever I needed them. Open to my ideas and imput. Willing to take into considertion my personal experience and knowledge. Always friendly and happy in their work. They truly care.

The Burda Team was very responsive, professional, courteous, and answered all our questions during the sale. They did a great job selling the property and we would 100% use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone we know who needs a realtor.

Tricia and Kimberly of The Burda Team were awesome - they did a great job of setting pricing, suggesting fixes/repairs/mods prior to listing, marketing, helping evaluate offers, recommending contractors to handle repairs needed from the inspection report, and 'pestering' the buyer's lender and title company to keep things on track. We bought our house before selling the latest one using tham and would definitely use them again.
