His recommendation of Ken Crowder of First Midwest Bank helped us secure our financing with the purchase of our new home. Troy’s commission was worth every penny and then some. He sold our house for more than what we expected and he saved us money by negotiating a lower price with the purchase of our new home. Not only did he handle the sale and purchase of our homes, but just as importantly, he alleviated a lot of stress and anxiety throughout the entire real estate process.
