Wanda Smith

I have known Wanda for several years while working at Riverwalk Village. She is very knowledable, kind, considerate and is always there when you need to ask a question. She is very respectful , knowledgable in her profession. This was the first time I had the opportunity to sell a house and the first person I thought of was Wanda. I knew giving Wanda the task we would get the job done. I did not realize how quickly the house would be sold. It was less than 1 week. I was so impressed with her ability to make thaT happen. Wanda was with me from the sign being placed in the yard jto the signing of the paperwork. Wanda knows her stuff and I would highly reccommend her to anyone. Wanda you are the BEST!!!!! Thank you for all you did.

Wanda is an absolute GEM to have as your guide when looking for the best real-estate to fit your needs. Answered all of my questions even after hours, she was available to work around my family's busy schedule for showings and was knowledgeable about our area of interest. I have been lucky to know Wanda personally, professionally and made it a point to seek her services when it was time to make room for my growing family. You are not just a client when you work with Wanda you are a friend. She goes above and beyond, not only in the pursuit of a new home but the entire purchasing process as her networking relationships with others in the field allows her clients to have all the information & steps to move forward. Our situation called for loans/down payment, credit checks, closing date changes, she was able to navigate us through those areas of need by referring trusted colleagues to assist us with the "behind the scenes" requirements before signing on the dotted line.
