Katerina Cockburn

I am proud to call Charlotte, NC my home since 2021 when I moved here from California. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked in Marketing and Business Development for 10+ years with a huge emphasis on customer service. In my spare time I enjoy reading, fitness, dancing and spending time with my family and friends. I have traveled all over the world and visited more than 60 countries. I take pride in providing my clients with exceptional service, reliable knowledge and accountability in every transaction. There is no better feeling than seeing a client happy by helping them make their dreams of home ownership come true. I am a Real Estate professional who listens to my clients needs and will deliver results through dedication and diligence until the deal is closed and beyond. I know being a Realtor is more than assisting buyers and sellers, it's an opportunity to make a positive impact on others lives. I worked with each client to meet individual needs and make their visions come to life. Like my former clients, my new clients will benefit from my dedication, problem solving skills, friendly attitude, loyalty, dedication, negotiation skills and cooperative spirit. I find building new yet lasting relationships the most rewarding. I will actively listen to your needs and promise to provide the highest possible level of service with the backing of Century 21, all while making your home buying process a positive and memorable experience! I provide nothing but 121% commitment!
