Joe Castaneda

Joe Castaneda is efficient, knowledgeable and genuinely approachable. I have worked with several agents, and as first-time home buyer I finally found someone who is highly capable, cares and is patient with the process. Joe and his team are the real deal and I cannot recommend them enough !

Selling our existing home while trying to buy another was filled with challenges and at times seemed to be like a roller coaster ride. However, with Joe's experience, professionalism, negotiating skills and trustworthiness we were able to complete both transactions. We depended on Joe to do the right things and keep us on track. Joe was easy to work with, always communicated and was accessible to us at all times. Joe also understood how important the new home was, how it "resonated" with us and did everything he could to close the transactions. We can't thank Joe enough for all of the hard work, time and effort he put in and for his great team for all of their hard work and support.

What can I say he's the best If I have to do it again definitely I would like him to be my realtor.
