Kara Puente

Kara was great and smart

If every first-time homebuyer had a realtor like Kara Puente, the process wouldn’t be nearly as daunting. She truly went above and beyond to understand our needs, taking the time to explain every step and answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge of the market and the area we were looking in was outstanding. She provided valuable insight into neighborhoods, pricing, and potential issues, and she always had our best interests in mind. When challenges came up, she handled them quickly and professionally. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. I never felt like just another client, she treated my home search as if it were her own. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will absolutely be working with her again. I recommend her without hesitation.

Kara was referred by a family friend. As a first time home buyer, I wanted to work with someone experienced who could guide me through each step of the process and set my expectations. Kara was extremely helpful throughout the search and effective at keeping me informed on what the next steps were. Ultimately I was able to purchase a place that met all my needs with a price within my budget. 10/10 would recommend
