Karli Diamond

Karli was very attentive to my needs. She always made time for me to see houses. When we found THE ONE, she was very clear on what we needed to to get the house.

Karli excels at negotiation and contract writing. This was our first home purchase, and it was done during a crazy time. We couldn't have handled the process without Karli's experience and expertise. We ended up with a home we love, and beat out several other offers (even higher dollar amt offers) because of Karli's guidance. We felt like we had an advocate on our side with the best intentions for our future. She communicated every step of the way and offered great recommendations for a lender after our original lender's response times became too long for the market. With karli's help, we put together the perfect team for our perfect home.

Karli was quick to respond, quick to make a connection, listened to our wants and needs, and quick to follow up with items that she thought we would be interested in based on our conversation. She clearly heard what we were saying and started working to make that happen, as well as provide different ideas when appropriate. Karli is one of the best professionals we have worked with in the industry. She is thoughtful, direct, understands the market, timely, connected, personable, and intelligent. We trusted her with every aspect of the process.
