Kathy Lane

Kathy Lane is a consummate professional. She is very knowledgeable about the market conditions and local communities. Kathy is very personable and understanding, and she worked hard to help me understand the home-buying process. She is very responsive to texts, no matter the time. Kathy was a joy to work with, and I highly recommend her services.

We were moving to Georgia from Maryland. Kathy Lane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the counties we were interested in moving to. She was amazing! She went out of her way to visit properties and do multiple site visits for us on video chat. She kept in touch on a regular basis, was always kind, professional and thorough. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. I would recommend Kathy in a heartbeat to any of my family and friends moving to Georgia.

From the moment Mrs. Kathy Lane walked in, her professionalism far exceeded previous agents that we had considered. Her follow up, willing to answer questions, keeping us informed, giving us suggestions and measurable progress sets her apart from the rest! She went well above and beyond on all of neccessary characteristics. The number one characteristic that we love about her is that she is trustworthy! We felt comfortable that Mrs. Kathy had our best interests at heart. She kept this process smooth and made herself very accessible to us. Mrs. Kathy Lane should be certified nationwide. I would buy more real estate if she was. We are pleased with the sale of and the process thanks to Mrs. Kathy Lane!
