Kristin Coburn

Working with Kristin Coburn to buy my home was an absolute game-changer! I had a ton of specific requests, a lot of particular needs, and I was super picky. Through it all, Kristin was remarkably patient, wonderfully fun, and endlessly helpful. I had zero experience buying a home and through all the stress and trials, Kristin navigated every single hurdle with absolute professionalism while keeping me grounded and on track when I needed it most. She truly listened to what I wanted and made the entire journey feel manageable and exciting. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in finding my home. Thank you, Kristin, for everything!

Kristin was extremely professional and very easy to work with. She was happy to answer any of our questions and made herself available to us when we needed, or found a substitute when she was unavailable. Shes very friendly and helped make us much more comfortable buying our first home.

Kristin was so much more than just my realtor throughout this entire process. From the very beginning, she was someone I could trust, lean on, laugh with, and know was always looking out for me. Selling a home comes with plenty of emotions, questions, and stressful moments, but Kristin was right there through all of it. She celebrated the wins with me, talked me through the stressful moments, and always made me feel like I was more than just another client. What started as working with an amazing realtor truly turned into a friendship that I’m incredibly grateful for. I couldn’t have imagined going through this journey with anyone else. Kristin, thank you for your patience, honesty, support, and friendship. You helped me close one chapter and move into an exciting new one, and that means more to me than you know. I would recommend you to anyone in a heartbeat!
