Leeann Howes

LeeAnn Howes has great communication skills. She kept us updated on every aspect of the sell of our home and guided us when needed. I would highly recommend her if selling or buying.

I would highly recommend LeeAnn Howes when buying or selling. We worked with her for about a year and was not seriously looking but she always kept us in mind when new properties came on the market. We became serious when she said if you are still looking, here is a property that I think you might like. I went and looked and fell in love with it. She listened and always kept in mind what we were looking for. We did not have to spend a ton of time looking because she was an expert at finding exactly what we wanted. Purchasing a home with LeeAnn's help was easy with low stress. She is going to list my previous home and I am sure it will go smoothly as well.

LeeAnn was extremely helpful, and totally exceeded me and my wife's expectations during the home buying process. She was extremely flexible in helping set up viewings, and was excellent at communicating with us on various aspects of the purchase. She has tons of local knowledge and we would both recommend her to anybody looking for an agent.
