She was very patient with us and did not push in one direction or another. She provided the information that allowed us to make a good decision. When it was time for us to sell, we reached out to her again for her expertise. "David is a true professional at his trade. My property was in Hawaii and I reside in North Carolina. He was constantly in contact with me the entire time my property was on the market. His suggestions of staging the property, promoting the property and negotiating the price on the property were spot on. He also went above and beyond a few times when the property was in need of some maintenance issues that popped up, when I could not be there. If I need to sell or purchase another property, I would go straight to David and sign him up as my agent again."

"A previous Better Homes realtor connected my wife and I with Allan. Allan started working with us well before we relocated back to Hawaii. Allan was flexible and took the time to understand our needs. He also took the time to accompany us at numerous showings to help us understand the different properties we could obtain within our budget. Once we were under contract, Allan was very helpful and guided us through the process. He was instrumental in helping us negotiate a credit to the purchase price.
