"This was the property of our dreams. Unfortunately the transaction quickly became a nightmare with a difficult seller and several complications with work needing to be done to the property as required by the County before it could close. The seller was so difficult that our guess is that other potential buyers were dissuaded, allowing us to swoop in with Krista and make it happen. We had originally planned to purchase the property unrepresented when a friend in the area strongly recommended Krista. Thank goodness we listened. I can say with 1000% certainty that without Krista we never would have been able to close this transaction. She was able to negotiate to have all the work done at the sellers' expense and broke through every barrier to get us the house. Even though our closing was protracted (delayed by more than six months) and required a large time commitment from Krista, she never missed a single opportunity to advance our interests.
