"Deanna helped sell my mom's studio condo even with my mom and I living out of state. The sale was completed quickly despite a number of items the title company needed but the HOA for the building did not provide. She had good communication with the buyer's realtor and was able to settle on a compromise regarding one repair they requested but was delayed. Instead of holding up the sale, DeAnna got it all worked out so everyone was satisfied. Her handyman was really lovely and wanted to get everything just right when I had concerns. I felt supported and was reassured even though I didn't have many connections with people in Vancouver to help me. Her daughter stepped in when DeAnna wasn't available to be at the condo for a delivery and her office was very responsible in getting the keys that I mailed to DeAnna. It was a great experience working as a team with DeAnna and her people."
