"Stephanie Shurtliff is an excellent communicator and very good at managing expectations. I very much appreciate her thoroughness with all the different elements to a realestate transaction- her attention to detail is phenomenal and it put me at ease because I felt like she would catch anything that wasn't correct or done right. Her ability to hash things out in negotiation was superb as well- I've dealt with a few other realtors in the past and I've never encountered one who is as well-rounded as Stephanie- they usually are decent at one aspect but a little weak in another, however not Stephanie! She's really good at every part of what she does."

"My sister was moving from Washington to Kentucky, and had been a hermit for 2 years since her husband died. My husband and I flew there to get her and had no idea what we had walked in to. Ashley was just what we needed. She dove right into helping us clean the property up. Helped us with a garage sale on a rainy weekend while we stayed in the car. She directed traffic, found people to pull old cars off the property. Took us to places we needed to go to since I didn't know my way around. Her and her husband took us to the airport and made sure my sister had a wheel chair waiting for her. We were 3000 miles away and I never doubted her. I knew she would do what she could to sell the property. Ashely stayed in close contact with us almost on a daily basis. She was very knowledgeable and informed us on the offers we had.
