"Jon did an amazing job as my real estate agent in selling my home. From our first meeting Jon provided a very clear discussion of the selling process and recommendations as to selling price and things that should be done to improve the house from a selling standpoint. Since I was relocating prior to the sale to NC Jon took care of organizing everything that we agreed needed to be done. This included arranging final clearing of everything left behind, recycling hazardous waste items, misc minor repairs, painting of the interior, new carpeting, final cleaning of everything and staging the house. Every step of the way Jon coordinated with me. The initial schedule Jon had laid out for getting to the listing was met. Jon coordinated with other agents and worked open house himself. "It seems like a cliche to choose "excellent" for every aspect of Debbie's work, but I truly feel that we got nothing but the absolute best from her. She counseled us to get an inspection six months before we put the house on the market and in fact we found several things that we needed to do that would have been deal breakers had we found out after listing. We made and documented all of the repairs and by the time it came to list, the house was in immaculate shape. Her strategy of listing on Thursday and reviewing offers on Tuesday worked beautifully. We sold the house on Tuesday. Debbie was available to us any time we needed help or had questions. She was a dream realtor from start to finish. I would recommend her to anyone!"
