When she says she is working for the client, she really means it. I never ever felt pressured or rushed in making any decisions. She clearly explains all the realty 'mumbo-jumbo' so I know what's going on and better able to make important decisions.
Her experience and expertise is clearly on a high level, yet, at the same time, she never comes across as arrogant or condescending.

"Lena understood all of our wants and must haves. When negotiating with other potential sellers, she knew that we were set on what we wanted in our home.
