"Like most people, the first thing you do when you want to buy a property is to download a real estate app to check out the market. Well, we were automatically assigned a buyer agent whom we were not pleased with.
We met Theresa at an open house we went to without our then agent and decided to work with her.
Theresa was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She really cared about us, understood our needs. She was always available to answer our questions and kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. Even after closing, Theresa is still checking in from time to time making sure we are good. My girls often ask about her. That tells you about her personality and character.
