"Kailani was not only honest and professional throughtout the whole process but empathetic that the home we were selling was not just a home, but our grandparents home. It was a place of fond memroies and sentimental value to all of our family. She kept us on task and communicated throughout the vetting of buyers and identified which ones fit our criteria to getting the house sold for at, or near our price, and under the conditions we asked to quickly close the sale. She was always available for questions and very timely in getting contracts, showings, bids and counteroffers into the buyer and my hands for action and approval.
