"We met Lolli when she was asked to "fill in" for another agent. The other agent called her at 11pm on a Friday night, and the next day, she was there to show us houses and answers questions. From the beginning, we appreciated that she was warm and easy to talk to. We switched agents to her right away. She listened well, explained the process to us, and answered all of our questions. We met on a few occasions to look at homes. She communicated with us about her availability and was able to take care of tasks even while on vacation.
Throughout the buying process, she was detail-oriented and protective of us as her clients. She kept track of steps that needed to be done by us and by the escrow agent.
