"We found ourselves in a tight spot having to sell a rental property while out of state and it needed some serious work before being market ready. Melissa came through on every instance where we had to have a repair or had contractors working at the property. She facilitated all the coordination and held the contractors to a high standard. When they made a mistake, Melissa adjudicated the issues so we didn't have to.
We were initially looking to sell the property "as is" to avoid the headache of repairs, but we're glad we listened to Melissa and ended up closing 20% higher.
We didn't think everything would go well on the first try, but Melissa's expertise was on point and we were able to close on the first offer.
She was always available and answered all our questions in a digestible way. We had multiple offers the first week and Melissa walked us through where we should be rigid and flexible on the offers.
