"Gayle Dame has got to be one of the best (if not the best) agents around. We met at a rental property that I had an interest in and she was able to provide me with the information on the rental. However, she presented better options with purchasing that I was unaware of. Her knowledge of the area, the local builders, offers and incentives with home buying and new construction was extraordinary. She provided me with the information to be able to make an intelligent decision on buying vs. renting.
