I met with Mark over Zoom while I was overseas and talked with him about what my wife and I were looking for in our first home. He created MLS filters for us and helped us compile a nice list of houses for us to start looking at upon arrival in San Antonio, and even went to a few of the houses on his own and offered feedback on what he saw. Once we arrived in town and we finally met Mark in person, he showed up each day for showings with a packet of detailed information on each house with important bits highlighted along with other useful notes like what percent the sellers would pay commission, dates of installation for various appliances, and recent roofing and foundation work. Mark arranged efficent showing routes for us each day and was very responsive in his communication with us. We feel like Mark took the time to truly understand our wants and needs and he helped us land our dream home."
