"Since we were working from a different state, it was important to have someone willing to accommodate our situation. Buying a home is stressful enough, but buying it sight unseen (in person with our own eyes) was an added stress. Mary Ann was wonderful about making sure we got the best digital representation possible, even allowing a personal friend to see the homes and video tape for us. Getting a 2nd set of eyes was helpful and she was not put off by that request and we appreciated it immensely. Paper work is never fun, but she always made sure to get it to us timely and get things corrected if there were errors. Would work with her again!"
