"I don't know how anyone couod be better in their profession than Marie.
She was extremely patient with us and listened to our needs which changed several times throughout the time of our home search. She answered every question we had promptly and if she wasn't sure, she found the answer and got back to us quickly. I would say that she went far beyond anything we expected and eventually found us the exact home we were in search of in the location we really wanted.

"We were given a list of local Realtors and Marie DeMartino was on that list. We called many, but when we called Marie, we talked for the next 2 hours. It was like talking to a friend. She was excited for us and very enthusiastic! She listened and answered all of our questions. We didn’t know much about the home buying process in SC, as we were from IL, but she put our mind at ease. She is a wealth of information and she walked us through the process. We bought new construction and couldn’t check on the progress since we were from out of state, but Marie was out at the site throughout the build, meeting with our inspectors, taking pictures for us, and making sure we had everything needed throughout the process.
