"Cedric was so flexible at adjusting to my needs as my own home purchase criteria was evolving. He was always able and willing to get me in to see a property ASAP. I was more than willing to follow his advice on home purchase negotiations because it seemed as if all he want was for things to be fair for me. He was able to quickly line up inspectors from his extensive network of service providers. His connections with the recommended mortgage broker means I had only a 21 day escrow! So awesome as I was so ready to get into my very own house.
First time we talked on the phone he was so polite, that counted for a lot in my books! I never felt like just another client. He was not pushy but very patient as I search for the just right home.
I have purchase several homes but was not ready for the type of market Eugene/Springfield is in right now. That of course added to the stress of purchasing my new home besides the personal reasons I was single and looking for a new home. Cedric I sure was aware the quickly changing market conditions but was always up beat and positive I would find the right home, this helped me keep believing that the right home was out there too."
