Rayshawn was an amazing person to work with and listen to everything we wanted in a house and when we were confuse or had any questions he answer anything we ask and made sure we understood it and always got in contact with us if we needed it I would recommend to anyone I know who is buying a home or even selling from how much an outstanding job he did with us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be more proud of my son-in-law, Ray, and the incredible job he did selling our home at 410 Lady Bella Place. Selling a home can be stressful, especially in a challenging market, but Ray was there for us every step of the way. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and always kept our best interests in mind. When things didn’t go exactly as planned, he stayed positive, adjusted the strategy, and continued working hard until he got the job done. His communication and dedication throughout the entire process gave us confidence that we were in good hands. What meant the most was knowing that even though we’re family, Ray treated the sale with the same professionalism and commitment he would give any client. He worked hard to maximize the value of our home and helped us successfully get to the closing table. I would recommend Ray Herring to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We are extremely grateful for everything he did for us
