Adriana Rice

Adrianna was very professional, informative, n knew exactly what we needdd to do to market our property well. We were so impressed w her marketing ideas n the pictures they(her husband helped) took of our house. Even when the market slowed down its because of the amazing details she put into our property/house that it sold. She will make sure you understand every process of the sale. Go with her-you won't be disappointed.

Not only is Adriana Rice an exceptional realtor, but she is our dearest friend. This is the second time working with Adriana, first time was selling our house, which she was fantastic with that! The second and most recent time was that she helped us to buy our dream home. Adriana is nothing short of being an amazing realtor. She was always there to help us whenever we had any questions throughout the entire process, and she was extremely patient with us. Communication with Adriana was never a problem, she was always readily available for us whenever we needed her. My wife and I could not have been more happy with Adriana, she is truly the best. Thank you Adriana for everything!!

I found Adriana to be very professional and knowledgeable with every aspect of the sale. Her and her office we're very helpful in the purchase of the property that I purchased in Kendrick.
