Alison Matson

I cannot recommend Alison Matson highly enough! From start to finish, she was absolutely perfect in every aspect of selling my home. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Navigating a home sale can be stressful, but Alison made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. She expertly handled all the details, communicated clearly every step of the way, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we closed without a hitch. If you are looking for a dedicated, top-tier realtor, Alison is the one!

Five years ago when our family was relocating from Indiana to Kansas we were matched with Alison through Realtor. From day one she went above and beyond for us! The market was crazy and every time we turned around houses were selling before we could look at them, but Alison never gave up! We finally found the perfect home, and we didn't even chose it, Alison recommended it (everything was in our wants/needs/price range) and we fell in love. She knew what we needed before we did! Alison made the move for us seem effortless, everything was so easy! Then it came time for us to move back to Indiana and of course we called Alison up because she was the best five years ago, and she didn't let us down! Our house sold in two days for more than we asked for! And again, she went above and beyond from when we first called to talk about listing to 5 months later when we were finally ready to list. Thank you so much Alison for your hard work and dedication, we appreciate everything you did for us!

Although we knew Alison, she was still very professional, worked hard for our best interests and kept us informed of buyers requests.
