Ashley James

Ashley was more than patient and kept me positive even when it was difficult. She never gave up on helping reach my goals of buying a house. I would say she has become like family to me.

Ashley was the agent I have ever worked with. I had very specific needs for our home. She found us a home that checked every single box. There were multiple offers on the home and she won us the deal. The transaction itself (seller's side) was also a bit complicated. She hurdled every bump and help keep me calm throughout the process. When my mom decided to join us here in East Texas, Ashley was my first call. Mom flew in for a short 3 days and after looking at several homes Ashley found the perfect home for her too. The mortgage broker she recommended was just as good and professional as Ashley. They were able to line the closing up with the closing of a home she sold in another state. She also helped my oldest son purchase his first home. As a 1st time home buyer he had a lot of questions. She walked him through the process so he knew what was happening every step of the way. If you need a Realtor, she is the one to choose!!

Ashley was wonderful to work with, she is very knowlegable and most important to me, she didn't try to oversale me to get a bigger commission. I told her what price range I wanted and she worked me until we found a home in my desired price range. It's been almost a year since I moved in and I still hear from every her checking in on me to make sure I'm happy.
