Barb Deggans

Barb Deggans was our agent for almost 4 years in helping us find our home in Florida. Living in NY and traveling sporatically to Florida she was always available and quickly got the listings together for showings. After almost 4 years we found our forever home. Barb never gave up on us and perservered with our journey. We cannot thank Barb enough for all of her help, guidance, and encouragement throughout this process. Her professionalism was outstanding, but it was her kindness and personal touch that truly made the difference. She always made us feel like a priority, and we are so thankful for the time and care she invested in helping us achieve this milestone.

Barb was great, she knew the business and had the resources to help me finalize the purchase of my new home. It was a lengthy contract to close situation, but she stayed with me every step of the way. If it wasn't for her knowledge and contacts in the industry, I wouldn't be in my new home. She's the best!

Very smooth all the way through. Always there when we reached out 5 stars..
