With a vision for building something meaningful, Brittney pairs big-picture strategy with hands-on experience to set the tone for everything we do. My career reflects an intentional evolution from a top-producing agent to an independent brokerage owner. After starting at a local firm, I joined Keller Williams in 2015, earned my Broker’s license in 2017, and consistently ranked in the top 20% across Madison offices. During this foundational period, I prioritized rigorous professional development, becoming a Real Estate Negotiations Expert and a six-time BOLD graduate committed to leading with authenticity and integrity. My transition into leadership formalized as a Supervising Broker at Keller Williams (2018–2019). Overseeing critical operations—including agent orientation, contract education, and mediation and arbitration hearings—gave me a deep command of regulatory compliance and operational nuances, bridging high-level policy with client impact. In January 2025, I established Buchholz Home Team, LLC as an independent brokerage. Stepping into the principal broker role realized my vision for a client-centered, values-driven business balancing empathetic leadership with fiscal and regulatory precision. Today, I leverage over a decade of negotiation and leadership experience to deliver the quiet dependability and excellence that define my career.
