Cat Chester

I had informed Cat that I was only interested in rentals. I had only rented in years past and wanted to rent again until I found my forever community. Cat, like a true professional, showed me some rentals and mixed in some for sale properties. Cat listened to my critique of each property we visited and fine tuned the selection process where I could no longer find fault in her selection. I purchased my forever home thanks to Cat.

It was evident from our first meeting with Cat that she would be the one to help us find our next home. Cat understood our preferences and lifestyle needs. She effectively coordinated viewings and provided updates on properties. Beyond her expertise and professionalism Cat was kind and easy to be with. She answered all questions with in-depth explanations to ensure we fully understood what was going on. We are glad to have found Cat as our agent, her patience, knowledge, and experience made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process, it is without any hesitation I would recommend Cat as an agent.

I was thrilled with Cat Chester!!!! She was always there when I needed her. We found a house which we loved and went back to pack and get ready to move from Az to Fl so there was a lot of help that was needed. She knew just what we needed and was always there to help. I could not have been happier with a realtor.
