I don’t write reviews. Christina earned this one. I found her through my girlfriend and social media, not how a landlord usually meets his realtor, but I’m glad it happened that way. I came to her as an investor, not a first-time buyer. I know the numbers I need to hit, and I have zero patience for an agent just trying to close and move on. Christina is the opposite. She listened to what I was after: cash flow, the right neighborhoods, properties that pencil out on paper and hold up in person. She never pushed something that didn’t make sense, and she was straight with me even when the honest answer didn’t get her to a closing faster. What I appreciate most is it stopped feeling like a transaction. She’s sharp, genuine, and someone I trust with decisions that matter to my livelihood. Working with Christina Karam to sell my property at 10239 Driver Ave. in Overland was an excellent experience from start to finish. She dedicates so much time out of her way to answer all your questions, helps me find the best resources, walked me through the first home buyers process very easily, found the best & affordable options for me - literally down to every aspect. I would recommend her to anybody and everybody. She's a very hard working, personable woman!
