Dave & Maggie Dick

We were relocating from a distance away. Dave and Maggie made themselves available for anytime we could travel to the area. They helped us negotiate the different bylaws and utilities needed for our new neighborhood. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth, informed move.

All of my family where involved with Dave & Maggie from a family member meeting with Dave for a walk through and advice. Once I was ready to list we contacted Dave & Maggie. They came to us and we learned about their process. The process was key to preparing ourselves then Dave & Maggie listed on a Friday and I accepted an offer on Monday. Dave & Maggie then helped us buy a Condo that went very quickly as well. All our questions were always answered right away.

Dave helped me with the purchase of my new home and was so easy to work with. Dave is professional, personable, responsive and I also appreciated his local knowledge and network of other professionals. Dave went over and above to ensure my purchase and move went smoothly. I highly recommend Dave & Maggie Dick!
