Gary Schultze

Gary was absolutely amazing, he showed us every single property we wanted to see (even when he was 100% positive it wasn't what we wanted) and then some. Gary is extremely knowledgeable about the entire greater CDA area and individual areas. We were so thankful to have had a realtor that was so responsive to all our needs without any pressure whatsoever. We will be using Gary again in the very near future for some investement properties. Thank you Gary! Molly & Jeff

Gary was very hands on right from the start. He was always quick to keep us in the loop every step of the way. I feel like the transaction went very smoothly. Thanks Gary!

Gary spent over a year trying to find me the perfect property that would suit my needs. He regularly sent me updates and went above and beyond, going out to properties, taking photos and looking things over when I was unable to. Gary is extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. He experience is evident in the work that he does. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!
